·        Number of Beds : 0 (outpatient clinic)

·        Patient Ratios : 1:1 (outpatient clinic)

·        Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :physical, occupational, speech therapists with COTA, rehab tech, and medical office coordinators

·        Type of equipment : hoyer lifts, sit-stands, transfer boards, hi-low tables/stretchers, low frequency ultrasonic debridement units x2, hivamat, pediatric sensory tools, vestibular swing

·        Documentation system: NetHealth ReDoc

·        Scheduling requirements: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

·        Floating policy: none

·        Patient Experience requirements: Lymphedema Positions: Lymphedema experience with wound care; Pediatric OT Position: pediatric experience
