We are looking for ICU Per Diem Nurses to join one of top hospitals in Austin, TX to help support their critical labor and delivery patients.
The PRN Critical Care RN partners directly with Labor & Delivery nurses to provide expert critical care support for high-risk maternal patients. The nurse will assist with patient assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, stabilization, emergency response, and critical care interventions as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Adult ICU trained with at least 3 years of experience.
- Needs to have current practice with maintaining medications for ICU patients (titrating IV drips, etc.), management of VS, I&Os, experience with ventilated patients, experience in medical/surgical ICU, experience with maternal ICU patients preferred but not required, preferred experience with rapid response teams
