<h2>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</h2><ul><li>Position: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (Psych RN).</li><li>Previous Behavioral Health/Psychiatric nursing experience expected; minimum years are not specified.</li><li>Must be comfortable providing care to adult patients aged 18 years and older.</li><li>Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.</li><li>BSN preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.</li><li>Must demonstrate competency in psychiatric nursing, clinical judgment, crisis management, and patient safety.</li></ul><h2>SCHEDULE</h2><ul><li>Shift: Days, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM.</li><li>Shift length: 12 hours.</li><li>Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.</li><li>Expected schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts.</li></ul><h2>REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>BLS – Required.</li><li>CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Advanced Physical Skills (APS) – Mandatory.</li></ul><h2>LICENSE</h2><ul><li>Current Illinois RN license required.</li></ul>
