Submission Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required unless otherwise specified in the job posting.
- Two professional references required:
- References must be from a supervisor or manager.
- Charge nurse references are not accepted.
- EPIC experience is highly preferred.
- Active Indiana (IN) RN License or Compact RN License required at the time of submission.
- Candidates must provide interview availability for the next 5 days.
- If no availability is provided, use: "Today or tomorrow, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM."
Radius Rule
- Candidates must reside more than 40 miles from the facility.
COVID-19 Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required.
Testing Requirements
- No testing required.
Additional Information
- Travelers who have worked at Deaconess for one full year must take a 3-month break before returning as a traveler.
