Looking for an exciting Acute Care PT opportunity with an incredible work-life balance? Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedic and Spine Rehabilitation for a rewarding Acute Care hospital assignment in Bridgeport, West Virginia!
Work with orthopedic and spine patients in a hospital setting while enjoying a unique Wednesday–Friday schedule with FOUR days off each week!

- 🗓️ Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- ⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM each scheduled day

💪 What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in an Acute Care Orthopedic/Spine setting.
- Provide physical therapy interventions for patients recovering from orthopedic and spinal procedures, injuries, and related conditions.
- Perform post-operative mobility assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients on spinal precautions, safe movement techniques, and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Assist with early mobilization and safe discharge planning.
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, case management, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
🩺 Requirements
- Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Acute Care experience preferred.
- Orthopedic and/or Spine rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic and spinal patients is a plus.
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work with medically complex patients.
- Ability to work the Wednesday–Friday schedule.
