Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Barco, North Carolina
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a full-time Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Barco, North Carolina. This opportunity is a great fit for a PT who enjoys post-acute rehabilitation and helping adult and geriatric patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, transfer training, and mobility interventions.
- Help patients improve strength, endurance, safety, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mobility strategies and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
