Requirements

• 2–3 years of ICU experience. Candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong clinical skills, varied experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• CVICU experience highly desired—highlight on resume.
• Active New Hampshire RN or compact license at submission.
• Previous travel experience required; no first-time travelers.
• Cerner experience preferred, not required.
• Locals accepted; local rate applies within 50 miles.

Unit Equipment

• Balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, and ICP monitoring.
• Arctic Sun/targeted temperature management.
• Alaris pumps and rapid infuser.

Floating Requirements

• May float to ED, including assignments beyond ICU holds, Stepdown, and Med/Surg with a modified assignment.
• Possible Behavioral Health floating; confirm willingness before submission.
• May float to Concord Hospital–Laconia or Concord Hospital–Franklin.
