Shift: Night, 7P-7A || ST Schedule Notes: Job Title (including department IE ICU, MS, etc) ED Night RN Location/Facility Name OUMC Shift 7P-7A Hours Per Week 36 Weekend Requirement EVERY OTHER Holiday Requirement 2 winter and a eve or black friday On-Call Requirement None Float Requirement May float to the 12 BED Satellite ED (part of OUMC) Required Years of Experience 1-2 Preferred Years of Experience >2 Required Hard Skills ED, 8 stroke CEUS, NIHSS Required Soft Skills 4 trauma CEUs Required Licenses & Certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
