Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of RN experience
• Required Experience: ICU experience
• Preferred Experience: High-acuity patient care
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, and NIH
• Licensure: Must meet North Carolina RN licensure requirements.

• Patient Ratio: 1:2–3

• Patient Population: All age groups
• Floating: Required; may float to other units, with a stated ratio of 1:6
• Weekend Requirement: As needed or every other weekend
