RN Med/Surg / Ortho – Travel Assignment

Specialty: Medical-Surgical / Orthopedics

Acute Care · Trauma Level II

Shift: 12-hour nights

6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Contract: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 48 per week

EMR: Epic

License required at submission

Key Requirements

Required certification: BLS.
License: Active RN license required at submission.
BSN: Not required.
Radius rule: Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility.
Facility employment restriction: Candidates cannot be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN at any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and Dignity.
Driver's license: Required at submission to verify the candidate's distance from the facility.
Orientation exam: Pass/fail, open-book exam on Friday during orientation. A score of at least 90% is required; failure results in termination.
Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient-care departments. Refusal to remove them will result in contract termination.
