Registered Nurse – Rehab (Travel RN) Location:551 Hill Country Dr Kerrville, TX 78028 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: November 16, 2026 Schedule: Night shift, 3×12 hours (6:45 PM–7:00 AM) Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of RN experience</li><li>Previous travel nursing experience required</li><li>BLS required; ACLS preferred</li><li>Meditech charting experience required</li><li>Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation</li><li>Patient ratio: 1:6</li><li>Skills in stroke care, orthopedic rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, TBI, wound care, IV therapy, and mobility/transfer techniques</li></ul>Additional Details:<ul><li>16-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit</li><li>Adult and geriatric patients</li><li>Float to Med/Surg required</li><li>Every other weekend</li></ul>
