Utilization Review Nurse / Case Manager – Arcata, CA

Location: Arcata, California
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week guaranteed
Duration: 13 weeks; Temp-to-Perm preferred

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Utilization Review Nurse / Case Manager to support utilization review, discharge planning, and patient care coordination at Mad River Community Hospital.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Utilization Review, Case Management, or Discharge Planning.
Active California RN license required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Negative TB screening within the past 12 months.
Holiday coverage required.
Experience with CPSI/Evident EMR is a plus.

Additional Details:

Five 8-hour shifts per week.
40 hours guaranteed weekly.
Temp-to-perm opportunity preferred.
Housing options may be available in Arcata, Eureka, McKinleyville, and surrounding areas within 30 miles.
