Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist for a Home Health opportunity with Humana in Richmond, Virginia!

Assignment Highlights
- Home Health physical therapy setting
- 30-point productivity expectation
- Provide individualized physical therapy in patients' homes
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility and functional independence
- Perform home safety assessments and support fall prevention
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary home healthcare team
- Local travel between patient homes required
Required Experience
Candidates must have either:
- At least 2 years of acute care experience, or
- Previous home health experience
