Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist II.
- Minimum 1 year of experience required per travel compliance.
- Must be proficient in performing basic and advanced Nuclear Medicine procedures.
- Experience or demonstrated competency in both diagnostic Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures.
- Must be comfortable rotating between the Nuclear Medicine Diagnostic Center, PET/CT departments, and the hospital Nuclear Medicine department.
- Knowledge of radioactive material handling, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance required.
- Previous travel experience is not specified.
- Prior charting system experience is not required; training will be provided.
SCHEDULE
- Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Required:
- BLS.
Preferred:
- ARRT(N) – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Nuclear Medicine.
- NMTCB – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
LICENSE
- Active California Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) certification – Required.
- California state credential must be IN HAND before submission.
