DESCRIPTION:
- As an LPN, you'll provide essential support to residents, ensuring their daily needs are met while promoting their dignity and health. The schedule is designed to allow for a work-life balance while providing the necessary coverage for our residents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of LPN LTC experience
- Epic EMR experience
- BLS certification
- Active NY LPN License
- Must be willing to float as required
- Must live more than 75 miles from the facility
