Job Description: RN Supervisor – LTC

Location: Camden, Maine Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate daily nursing operations and support residents' healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee daily clinical operations.
• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with staffing, shift assignments, and clinical problem-solving.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff.
• Support infection control, medication safety, and resident care standards.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
