Description
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure high-quality patient care in Camden, Maine.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and daily unit activities.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and facility leadership.
- Support staff development and ensure efficient unit operations.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS
- Covid Card
- DL
- Previous nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
- Experience in patient care coordination and clinical documentation.
