Outpatient experience required
Active Michigan PT License (LARA)
Active AHA BLS certification
Skills checklist updated within the last year
2 supervisory references completed within the last 2 years
Candidate must reside outside the 100-mile radius
No on-call or weekend shifts

Role Overview: Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, coordinate care with physicians, and educate patients and caregivers.
