Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Baton Rouge, LA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Shift: Days, 5x8 Hours (6:45 AM–3:15 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience; first-time travelers not accepted.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and Louisiana State Radiologic Technologist License (LSRTBE).
- Epic charting experience required.
- Experience with embolization, coiling, ablation, and implant procedures (ports, pacemakers, and ICDs).
- Proficiency with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotablator, laser, and thrombectomy devices.
- Strong STEMI experience with door-to-balloon times under 60 minutes.
- Ability to perform peripheral vascular and electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
- Must work independently and demonstrate strong teamwork and patient-focused care.
- On-call required up to 3 times per week, with a 30-minute response time.
- Every other weekend coverage required.
- Must be willing to work 2 of 4 designated holiday periods: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
- Must be willing to participate in emergency response team assignments.
