Patients per day: Schedule 13 - average 10-11 per day

Is floating to other locations required? If so, how is that reimbursed? (Does the traveler stay on the clock? What rate is mileage reimbursed?) No floating - only 1 clinic

Experience desired: Would like someone with 1 or more years of seeing pts. Dry Needling Certified - nice but not required.

Do you have any on-site mentorship Y/N: Yes

Training/Orientation expectations: First ½ day will be training

Dress Code: Casual dress - professional physical therapist attire. No shorts or flip flops
