Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience.
• Active South Carolina RN license or multistate RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• All certifications must be through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• RN license and certifications must be attached to the submission.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide emergency department patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to plan and deliver safe patient care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate care appropriately and supervise assigned personnel.
