Description
About the Position
Position / Specialty: Cath Lab Tech
Shift: Rotating 4x10hrs Day Shifts (0700-1730 & 0930-2000) but varies as we stay until procedures are complete. All team members rotate the shifts but not from day to day. For example, I wouldn’t schedule someone 9:30-8 today and then have them 7-5:30 tomorrow…I would lump all their 9:30-8 shifts together into one week to keep some consistency, but then the following week they may be on 1st shift.
Daily Caseload per tech: We run 4 to 5 labs per day with 2-3 CVT per lab. Case load is around 20-25 cases per day.
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes, call requirements are one weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) per 7 weeks and a call shift and evening shift every week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs.
