RN – Stepdown

1. Shift and Schedule

Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Duration: 12 hours
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)
Floating: First to float
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks

2. Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

3. License and Education

License to Submit: Yes — candidates may be submitted with the license pending, subject to facility requirements.
BSN Required: No
Education: A BSN is not mandatory.
