🩺 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while prioritizing safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor health status and responses to treatment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Support cardiac care services by applying sound clinical judgment and following established nursing protocols.
• Administer appropriate nursing interventions and carry out delegated medical functions within your scope of practice.
• Monitor treatment plans, recognize changing patient needs, and coordinate timely follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and ongoing health management.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Adapt to departmental needs and assist with floating assignments when required and appropriate to your qualifications.

✅ Qualifications You'll Need

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse license valid for the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Previous RN experience; Cardiac Cath Lab experience is highly desirable.
• Strong patient assessment, clinical monitoring, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities.
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.

Preferred: BSN, ACLS certification, and additional cardiac or specialty nursing credentials, as applicable to the unit's requirements.
