Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Position: Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech).
Minimum 1 year of experience – Required.
2 years of experience – Preferred.
Graduation from an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved school of Radiologic Technology – Required.
Must be comfortable assisting with interventional radiology procedures involving adult patients.
May be required to operate a C-Arm during OR and Endoscopy procedures.

EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY

Experience with the following systems is relevant:

Epic – EMR.
PACS – Imaging system.
Siemens Artis-Q machines.
PURE Software.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

ARRT – Required.
BLS – Required.

LICENSE

Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License – Required.
