Education and Work Experience: High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required

Associate Degree(A.A. or A.S.): Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Preferred

One year GI experience: Required
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in state of practice: Required

Basic Life Support (BLS)certification: Required

Advanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS)certification: Required

Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice: Required
