Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Sullivan, MO

Start Date: November 30, 2026
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday, Wednesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM (Tuesdays off)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Active Missouri PT license or eligible compact license
BLS certification
Epic EMR experience required
Outpatient physical therapy experience
Experience with patient assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
Skills in lifting and transfers, home exercise programs, patient/family education, and safety and injury prevention
Strong communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, and demonstrate honesty and integrity

Preferred Experience:

Pediatric and adult orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Manual therapy and wound care
Gait training, joint replacement rehabilitation, post-operative care, and sports medicine
