Required Qualifications

Minimum recent 2 years of acute-care Case Manager experience in care coordination and discharge planning
Acute hospital experience required
Epic charting experience required
Experience with utilization review, discharge planning, and medical necessity assessment
First-time travelers may be considered after screening
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
