Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic
Location: International Falls, Minnesota

Pay Range: $22.82–$30.93/hour
Annual Salary: $47,466–$64,334, based on experience
Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed

Schedule Options:
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
- Schedule depends on the assigned provider
Weekend Requirements: None
Holiday Requirements: None
On-Call: Not required
Sign-On Bonus: Available; amount discussed at offer and typically paid in installments during the first year
EMR: Epic
Required License: Active Minnesota LPN license
Required Certification: BLS
Additional Requirement: Negative TB screening/test documentation per facility requirements
