Required:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Previous travel experience required
Experience in acute care and hospital case management
Emergency Department (ED) experience required
Epic experience required
Active North Carolina license in hand at submission
LCSW or CSW required; LCSW-A candidates may be considered
BLS certification required
Strong discharge planning, care coordination, and crisis intervention skills
