Position: Pharmacist

Job Details

Shift: Rotating shifts
- 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Contract Duration: 91 weeks listed — confirm duration, as this is unusually long for a standard contract
Bill Rate: $100 (rate unit not specified)
Holiday Coverage: Must potentially cover Christmas and/or New Year's
Overnight Coverage: Must be available to cover approximately 3–4 days of overnight shifts for upcoming staff PTO

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy)
Active Texas pharmacist license
BLS or ACLS certification through AHA only
PALS certification through AHA only
IV certification
Ability to prepare and mix sterile compounds when needed
Competency with EPIC and Pyxis
Comfortable monitoring and adjusting pharmacokinetic dosing
