Description
Travel RN – PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
Start Date: 11/30/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 4x12s (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Travel Experience: Not required
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Position Overview:
- Float pool position with no assigned home unit.
- Float between approximately 5 units, including Medical-Surgical, Intermediate, and PCU departments, as well as other metro campuses as needed.
- Care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Weekend requirement: Minimum 8 weekend shifts during each 6-week scheduling period, including a combination of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Holiday shifts and charge nurse assignments may be required based on unit needs.
- No on-call requirement.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of RN experience required.
- Active Missouri RN license or Compact license required.
- BLS and NIHSS required.
- ACLS preferred.
Previous charge nurse experience preferred.
