Certs Required: BLS.
Experience Required: 2 years. PIV starts, Gtts – heparin, amio, Cardizem, Lasix, dobutamine, Foley catheters
General medical unit that provides comprehensive, patient-centered care to a diverse adult population. The unit is equipped to manage a variety of medical conditions and treatments, including cardiac monitoring, oxygen supplementation, blood administration, and other acute care interventions.
Common diagnoses include GI bleeds, pneumonia, and sepsis. The unit also supports patients requiring inotropic therapy for cardiac or renal diseases.
