Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4 × 10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
Weekly Gross Pay: $3,547
Compensation
- Weekly Taxable Pay: $2,280
- Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,267 (eligibility requirements apply)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a healthcare team in Utica, New York. The ideal candidate will have strong radiologic technology skills and experience assisting with interventional procedures.
Requirements
- Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Graduation from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred
Schedule & On-Call Requirements
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Shifts scheduled Monday–Friday
- Overnight call: 5:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend call rotation: Every fourth weekend, potentially more depending on staffing needs
- Must be available for required on-call coverage
Clinical & Technical Details
- Patient Population: Adults, ages 18+
- Team Ratio: 3–4 staff per case, including Radiologic Technologists and RNs
- Common Drips: Heparin-infused saline
- Floating: May be required to support C-arm procedures in the OR and Endoscopy
- Technology: EPIC, PACS, Siemens Artis-Q equipment, and PURE software
