Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN)

📍 Location: New York
🏥 Facility: United Health Services (UHS Hospitals)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patients' conditions.
• Educate patients and families about health promotion and disease management.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and New York State regulations.
• Support new employees and nursing students while participating in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform charge nurse or shift coordinator duties when assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months to 3 years of RN experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active New York State RN license.
• Current BLS certification from AHA, HSI, or the American Red Cross.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous clinical experience in an acute-care hospital or ambulatory setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• CCRN certification.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC, depending on the assigned unit.
