Description

Travel Radiation Therapist – Chillicothe, OH

Assignment Details

Location: Chillicothe, OH
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No Call
No Holiday Requirement

Responsibilities

Safely and accurately deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments.
Perform patient identification, treatment verification, imaging, and safety timeouts.
Acquire and evaluate treatment images (kV, MV, and CBCT) to ensure precise patient positioning.
Review treatment plans and patient charts to maintain treatment accuracy and quality.
Educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey.
Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and the multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinical Radiation Therapy experience
ARRT(R)(T) certification required
Current Ohio Radiation Therapist license (or eligibility, if applicable)
Current BLS certification
Associate degree in Radiation Therapy
