<h2><strong>Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical</strong><br /> </h2><h3>Assignment Details</h3><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Delta, CO</li><li><strong>Contract Length:</strong> 13 Weeks</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Nights, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM</li><li><strong>Guaranteed Hours:</strong> 36 hours per week</li><li><strong>Potential Hours:</strong> Up to 40 hours per week</li><li><strong>Additional Shifts:</strong> Opportunity to pick up 2–3 extra shifts every 6-week schedule</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical/Surgical patients.</li><li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.</li><li>Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient progress.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.</li><li>Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license</li><li>Current BLS certification</li><li>ACLS and PALS (required upon hire or within 6 months)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of relevant Med/Surg experience preferred</li></ul>
