Description
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active New Hampshire RN license or eligible compact license.
- ADN or nursing diploma with at least 3 years of nursing experience, or BSN with at least 2 years of experience.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
