Weekly orientation
Float requirement: may be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
Certified Chest Pain Center
Level Trauma 3
OR cases include total joints, spine ortho & neuro, crani’s, robotics, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology, general surgery, and plastics
Majority of cases are total hip, knee, and shoulder, plus neuro and ortho spine
Call is required
Weekend coverage is handled by a call team consisting of an RN, CSTFA, and CST
Equipment includes XI DaVinci
EHR: Meditech

Notes

Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
