Description

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License required.
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required.
Experience in an acute care / hospital pharmacy setting is relevant to the role.
Ability to review medication orders and assess the appropriateness of medication therapy.
Ability to develop medication plans and identify potential adverse effects, interactions, and incompatibilities.
Ability to consult and collaborate with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Ability to document medication plans and patient progress accurately.
EPIC EMR experience is listed for the facility.

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License required.
