Required qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience — required.
Active pharmacist license — license required for submission
BLS certification — required.
Strong clinical pharmacy experience.
Experience with medication order verification and clinical review.
Ability to triage nurses’ calls, process medication messages, and adjust medication administration times.
Ability to respond to codes and assist with medication preparation.
Experience reviewing medication doses dispensed through automated carousel systems.
Ability to perform sterile compounding pharmacist responsibilities.

Sterile Compounding Pharmacist. Active pharmacist license — license required for submission.
