Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - 13 Week Contract 📍 California 📅 Start Date: 11/16/2026
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking 5 experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) for a 13-week contract assignment.
Openings Available:
- 3 Day Shift Positions | 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- 2 Night Shift Positions | 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
- 36 hours per week (3x12s)
- Every other weekend required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of RRT experience
- Current California RRT License
- NBRC RRT Credential
- Current BLS and PALS Certifications
- Previous Travel Experience Required
- Epic Charting Experience Required
Clinical Experience Needed:
- Adult Critical Care
- Emergency Department
- Pediatric Care experience strongly preferred
- Experience treating patients across the lifespan, from infants to geriatrics
Position Details:
Respiratory Therapists will primarily support:
- Telemetry Adult Floors
- Emergency Department
- Pediatric Units as needed
This facility operates a high-volume Emergency Department treating critical patients ranging from newborns to geriatric populations. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment and have knowledge and experience treating pediatric patients.
