Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and clinical complications.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Provide patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies, regulatory requirements, and professional nursing standards.
• Practice within the Ohio RN scope of practice.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and positive patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications: 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Ohio.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience providing patient-centered care and managing multiple priorities.
