Schedule: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift: Weekend Nights

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a weekend night shift travel opportunity. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, team-oriented imaging professional who can perform CT and X-ray examinations in a fast-paced hospital environment, including Level II Trauma and Primary Stroke cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine CT and X-ray examinations accurately and efficiently.
• Support imaging needs for Level II Trauma and Primary Stroke patients.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and proper positioning.
• Operate CT and X-ray equipment while following radiation safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of current CT Technologist experience.
• Active ARRT (R) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital imaging environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech EMR.
• Experience with GE imaging equipment and MedRad injectors.
• CT and X-ray board certification.

Equipment and Department Information

• Department: CT Scan
• Equipment: GE Optima CT, GE Revolution CT, GE X-ray equipment, GE digital portables, and OEC C-arms
• Patient Population: General hospital patients, Level II Trauma, and Primary Stroke cases
