Description
RN – Operating Room (OR)
- License: Current Illinois RN License
- Certification: Current CPR/BLS, ACLS
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and responsible parties on care plans and treatment.
- Apply clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain a positive workplace environment through professional communication and conflict management.
- Meet patient care Core Measure requirements.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records.
