Description
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health / Hospice.
- Responsible for providing nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes.
- Must be comfortable working autonomously in a home-based care environment.
- Strong patient assessment, care planning, clinical judgment, and interdisciplinary coordination skills are essential.
- Must be able to provide patient- and family-centered care while following Home Health/Hospice policies and regulatory standards.
- Minimum years of experience are not specified.
- Previous travel experience is not mentioned.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS.
- Hospice and Palliative Nursing certification (CHPN).
LICENSE
