Job Description – CT Technologist | CT/X-Ray
Facility: PeaceHealth (exact facility to be confirmed; RiverBend/University District floating may apply)
Location: Washington State — exact city/address not provided
Specialty: CT Technologist / Diagnostic Imaging
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Day shift, Friday–Sunday
Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
Contract Duration: 91 weeks listed in the system — confirm actual assignment length
Experience Required: 1 year
Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT(R), BLS
Equipment: Siemens
EMR/PACS: Epic RIS strongly preferred; FUJI and IntelliSpace PACS preferred
1. Position Overview
The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized CT and X-ray procedures for inpatient and outpatient populations, providing accurate diagnostic imaging and quality patient care.
- Department: CT and X-ray
- On-call: Required — approximately 3–5 overnight call shifts per assignment
- Weekend: Friday–Sunday schedule
Floating: Must be willing to float as needed within the health system; RiverBend travelers may occasionally float to University District.
2. Required Certifications & Qualifications
- ARRT CT certification
- ARRT(R) certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Washington State license application submitted, with proof required at submission
- Active Washington license is not required at submission, but processing may delay the start date by up to 8 weeks.
