Description
CT Technologist – Travel Contract
Job Details
- Specialty: CT Technologist / Computed Tomography
- Location: Iowa
- Shift: Day Shift
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Shift Schedule
- Week 1: Monday, 10:00 AM–10:30 PM; Thursday and Friday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Week 2: Monday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM; Tuesday and Wednesday schedule to be confirmed
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and occasional general radiographic procedures based on department needs.
- Operate Siemens CT scanners and fixed radiographic equipment.
- Use Siemens portable X-ray equipment.
- Perform imaging procedures for patients across different age groups.
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in Epic.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 24 months of CT experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center.
- Minimum 12 months of X-ray experience.
- Experience with Siemens CT scanners, Siemens fixed radiographic equipment, and Siemens portable equipment.
- Epic EMR experience.
- ARRT certification.
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Iowa radiology license at the time of submission.
- Experience working with patients of all age groups.
- First-time travelers are welcome.
