0700-4:30PM, rotating day off
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours:
36 hrs
• Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted):
No weekend scheduled hours, just the on call requirements
• Call Requirements:
1 weeknight call a week, 1630-0700 and 1 weekend (48hrs) of call every 6 weeks or so (dependent on staffing)
• Years of Experience:
Now accepting candidates with 3 years of experience!
• Float Requirements:
Low census, team members may be asked to help on other units for 1:1, but that is not regular.

Pros
This hospital is hands down the least toxic hospital I have ever had the privilege of working. I absolutely love the people I work with. Everyone I come into contact with likes what they do and they do it with passion. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s close.
Cons
It’s a smaller hospital, so there’s a lot of critical care devices (CRRT, ECMO, etc) to work with like level 1 trauma centers have.
