Position Overview
Join a high-acuity imaging team providing essential CT services in a Level I trauma setting. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CT Technologist who can work independently, adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging for patients with a wide range of needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform CT examinations according to established protocols and safety standards.
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging procedures.
- Operate CT equipment and ensure diagnostic image quality.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff to support timely patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow radiation safety and infection control procedures.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Must-Have Credentials
- Certifications: CT certification and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience: Certified CT Technologist experience required.
- Preferred Experience: Level I trauma experience is preferred but not required.
- Clinical Skills: Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a busy imaging department.
